About mentoring
Mentoring is a strategy for self-development, career development and skill development where an experienced professional offers knowledge, support, insight and resources to the mentee.
Objectives of the Program
The goal of the Program is to assist people wishing to be more confident and more effective speakers and presenters, to reach the level of skills and confidence that they desire.
How the Program Operates
The Program is generally conducted across a 12 month period, depending on how long you wish to work on your speaking skills. You can start at any time and there is no program start or finish and you can extend or cancel as soon as you wish.
At the start of the Program, participants draw up a Mentoring Agreement, listing the areas that are most important for them to work on.
Mentees will observe and monitor the quality of their learning throughout the Program by maintaining a reflective 'Mentoring Logbook' of their experiences.
The Public Speaking Dynamics Mentoring Program cost $25 per month (plus $2.50 GST) and is ongoing mentoring until you reach the level of public speaking confidence and effectiveness that you are happy with. The value of the program far exceeds the monthly cost and the range of mentoring activities provided in the program include the following:
